A note from The Index regarding Ex-works (EXW)


 

We are currently working on providing ex-works pricing with our suppliers and can supply FOB (free on board) quotes only – EXW will be coming very soon.


Ex-works has different definitions from country to country, and charges vary due to specifics such as the distance travelled to the airport/port of origin.

 

You can, therefore, proceed to calculating prices for your shipment using the FOB option, and any forwarder you choose will advise you of the additional costs and provide you with a final quote. You will then have the option of confirming or cancelling the transaction.
